Site Survey
Our first task toward your project is to carry out a site survey. This will include us visiting your home so we can gather exact measurements, and any other information that we need. A party wall agreement will need to be made between your neighbours and yourself. Hare Home Improvements are able to supply you with these forms.

- Plans to Client
We are at the stage now where the plans and calculations can be made for the local authority. these are based on the site survey as mentioned earlier. you will have the oppertunity to approve the plans and make alterations. Once the plans are agreed you will need to sign them as an approval. we can at this stage produce a pre-visualisation. After confirming your requirements we are now almost ready for construction.
- Pre-Visualization
It is possible that Hare Home Improvements can provide you with a pre-visualized package of what your home improvenment will look like on completion, even before the fitters start work. This package will include 3 dimensional computer images of each elevation of your building. You also have the oppertunity to 'walk around' your Home Improvement so you can visualise the end result. This whole package is an optional service and can be discussed at the initial meeting.
- Instruct Authorities
With the signed plans and calculations that your happy with, we will submit to the authorities for planning permission, building notice, etc.
- Schedule Works
We will begin site preperation which will include organisation of skips, scaffolding, etc. Also for tradesmen to do their work i.e. preperation for plumbing, electrics and security for fire, health and safety.
