Preparation - Remove Existing Structures
We are now ready to build. Fitters will be there on the first day to remove any unrequired existing structure and prepare for any new structure foundations or beams.

Main Construction
Materials will be delivered to your address and the main construction is now underway. Health and safety is our main concern thoughout the whole project. It is also very important to us that we minimise any disturbance.

Additional Works
It may be possible for us to do extra/additional works. This will need to be discussed and a seperate contract and quote will be provided for this i.e additional flooring, tiling, built in wardrobes, cupboards, etc.

Final Inspection
Throughout the course of your Home Improvement, building inspectors will make visits to your home to inspect our work. The final inspection happens when all work is complete. we will then require our final stage payment from you and will provide you with our Guarantee and building certificate.
