NEWS ARTICLE :
In 1998 we decided to have our loft converted and Paul Hare was recommended by one of our friends. We went through the usual hoops of comparing prices and of making sure that the design is going to meet our needs.
Work started early every day and as a result swift progress was made to get the main structure up and weatherproof. One of the most exciting occasions was the day the crane arrived. All the steels and other materials were hoisted aloft in what appeared to be a very efficient exercise.
I was relieved when the roof was put on and there was only one hole for the new box sash window. My husband accuses me of being a perfectionist and we had a challenge in deciding precisely where the dividing wall was going to be between the bedroom and shower room, but we are very pleased with the finished product.
In the scheme of things there are always decisions to be made whilst work is in progress but we found Paul to be very accommodating in coming up with the right solutions. A bonus was that the work was done within the time schedule and we ended up just a fraction over budget.
I would be happy to recommend Hare Homes to anybody who intends to have their loft converted.
